i have bad credit, im married he’s got worse credit, we have a kid(thats where the bad credit came from)We have good jobs, good renting history with paying, finally back on track for auto loans (been awhile), and catching up on back bills but our rent is higher then a morgage, and we need a house. any places to turn ….please help. we need a home and are willing to pay high intrest. and when i say worse, his is in the 490, 500, and mine upper mid 540 560 please help

I purchased a used automobile from a dealership and got financing through the bank. 2 weeks after signing all of the papers and paying my down payment I received the vehicle’s title in the mail.
I was just wondering if I had to finish paying off the automobile loan even though the bank does not have the title.

I’m sooo bad at math! My monthly payment is $ 214, and the interest rate is 22%. I called this day and was told that if I paid the automobile off this day it would be $ 930.99. I had originally thought the automobile would be paid off in January, but now it’s looking more like February.

i work for a family run business and get paid under the table. i make enough money to pay for the property i want but i dont know that i can get a loan. i know i can get a statement from work saying i make such and such but will that work? also i have only a automobile payment. no other debt at all.
