I’ll be 18 next month and I want a new car, it’s about $ 20,000. I have heard I could get a loan with a co-signer, but both of my parents have horrible credit and I know when I turn 18 I will not have any credit. So how could I build up my credit??
I do already have a used car..

How do I get out from an upside-down automobile loan? My work has cut my hours and I can’t afford the payments.?
My credit is bad as it is and I had a prior repossesion 3years ago, I do not need another! I tried contacting the creditor but the will not work with me at all. I have tried several other credit companies but none will take the loan. What can I do?? I am trying to find more work but am limited due to military obligations, I am needing to keep my credit as in order as possible so I wont loose a security clearence.

My ex and I got a joint (secured) automobile loan which his mom is also a guarantor for and 6 months later we broke up. Now 2 years on he has defaulted several times with the total over $ 5000 which is fast destroying my credit rating? Spoken to finance company and ex with no positive results. I could trade in my truck which is paid off for around 3500-2500. I make $ 45,000 and have been at the same job for one year. I feel like I will never qualify for a loan… I would like honesty.
My husband also makes about the same. He just took out a automobile loan though, so I would rather not have him co-sign with me. Combined we make around 90,000 a year.

I have a used automobile right now. It was not cheap but I have monthly payments right now for a loan. I wanted to go to a dealer and trade in the automobile I have now to get a cheaper automobile to lower the monthly payments. I am willing to settle for less for less payments since times are hard right now. Is this possible to do? Trade in my automobile now for one cheaper to have cheaper payments per month. Thanks
