Do you know legit on the web automobile loan companies who specialize in bad credit?
I need to buy an affordable but reliable used automobile and I have bad credit. I know I want to get a automobile at a dealership with some sort of warranty on it, because I can’t afford it to break down.
I have heard that the ideal way to go is to have the lender before going to the dealer and I am not sure how to shop arround for loan companies.
Also, if I finally have a couple of companies in mind, should I apply at more than one of them to look for the ideal deal? and if I should, how many places can I check out without hurting my credit? in other words, how many are too many?

My brother is using my credit to buy a car. He’s paying about 560 a month. As a result, I am not able to qualify for a full home loan. His auto payment is creating a high debt ratio for me. OK i have crappy credit, let me just say that up front. So i went to get a automobile loan and was finally approved and when i saw the automobile sale price it was about 4500.00 above what was priced on the car. Now it happens i had a trade in that was for 4500.00
I was told the extra amount was added on due to my bad credit and it was a “Acquisition Fee” Now i have looked on the world wide web and see a lot of this for leases but i do not see any for this high amount. If anyone knows about this please let me know, i have held off on the purchase to get the info on this so please add your input. I made poor choices before and that is what got me to the land of bad credit, so i want to make the correct choice now.

when I purchased my automobile 8 months ago I was told that it should boost my credit score if i pay it on time every month, I always pay it well in advance but have not seen an increase in my score.

Can a bank force you to refinance a automobile loan to change your last name (due to marriage)?
My then fiance and I co-signed for a automobile a few months ago. Now that we are married and she has taken my last name, she wants to change her name on the loan. The bank told her this day she may have to refinance (at a prevailing higher rate) to get her name changed. This seems illegal. We are waiting to hear back on Monday from someone else, but does anyone have any insight or recommendations assuming they take the same stance on Monday? We live and bought the automobile in Georgia. Thanks!
