Does anyone know where I can get approved for auto loan even though I have terrible credit?
I want to trade-in my automobile for a new one. My automobile is worth about 4k
but I still owe about 8k on it. I want to purchase a car that is worth about 22k. I need a loan for about 5k so I will not be upside down. Does anyone know of a place that actually approves bad credit?

i work for a family run business and get paid under the table. i make enough money to pay for the property i want but i dont know that i can get a loan. i know i can get a statement from work saying i make such and such but will that work? also i have only a automobile payment. no other debt at all. My girlfriend put the down payment on a new automobile for me in 2006. Since then, I have been making all the payments and taking care of the upkeep on the car. We have since broken up and we would like to get the automobile out of her name and into mine. There is about $ 9,300 left to pay off the car.
I am attempting to apply for an auto loan to pay off Toyota Financial Services for the remainder. However, I have been getting paid under the table at my job for the last three years, so I cannot document my income. Also, I have piss poor credit (hence the need to put the automobile in her name from the start).
Does anyone have any idea how I can get such a loan? Any leads on specific companies would be very much appreciated.

Why is it that even in these hard times, auto loan terms cannot be renegotiated?
I’m in a bad automobile loan with a high APR. Back when I got it, I was making around 50k/yr and had terrible credit due to a divorce. I now make over 100k/yr base and own my own home. I cannot get refinancing and cannot get the terms renegotiated. Why?

Can a family member transfer a auto loan over to anthoer family member with out the other person having to go take out a loan. I have bad credit and cant get a auto loan. my aunt bought me a vechcile but she had to fiance and put everything in her name.. how do i get everything into my name are at least get my name on the title are registration. What can I do to get my name off an auto loan and put it in my cosigners only?
My boyfriend cosigned the loan on my car. We broke up and he took the automobile and moved across the country with it. I am fine with that as long as he puts the loan into his name only and my name comes off everything so I am not liable. There is $ 1645 left on it. Can we just get the dealership to take my name off and put everything in his name? How would he go about ‘refinancing’ it so I can get my name off?
Also, am I vulnerable from a legal standpoint? Can I get sued for any accident the automobile is involved in? I do not know if he’s paid the insurance but he told me that in Illinois only the driver is at fault.
Anyone know?
