I cosigned an auto loan for a friend now I need him to refinance and remove me, but his credit is not good?
I cosigned for his auto loan 12 months ago, I already had 2 cars financed which made his loan the third loan on my credit. Im in the process of purchasing my first home and the bank has approved me assuming that one of those 3 auto loans is removed before closing on the property. My friend is 3 months behind on one of his credit cards and is currently being denied for a refi loan without a cosigner. He is planning on making this months payment to bring the card up to date. If he brings it up to date this month, will that help him get approved for the refi loan even though he was 3 months behind? He needs to know if he should wait an additional month to remove me from the loan or if he should just have a relative cosign to remove me. Any advice on removing my name from his loan?
PS He’s not late on the auto loan. He’s late on a credit card that he has. All the automobile payments have been up to date.

okay heres the deal
i have an auto loan out on the automobile i am currently driving. i want to take a 3,000$ loan out for my daughter next month so she can have a automobile that is reliable.
i have bad credit, and not much money to put down either, i cant get a co signer either unless it is my daughter. she has no credit because she just turned 18, but she doesn’t have anything against her yet.
we have about 500$ to put down on this car.
any tips? there are a lot of in home financing places around where we live so were gonna try to go there. will they want more for a down payment? do they make you get insurance right there or can you get your own when you leave?
its not any of your business if she has a job or not. she is having a baby in April so I am not going to buy her a beater

i am trying to buy a 98 lexus es 300 not because of the name lexus but simply because its a good automobile , it has 148,000 on it and the price is 4700 , definitely under bluebook. I dont have credit really i just have a credit card i havent worked because im a pre-med student and i can barely handle that much work. My grandfather is retired now but he has a pension that shows he can pay the debt off, but he had bad credit, i really need this loan and soon does anyone know of a legit lender that will lend 5000 to me and my grandfather……
