I signed for a automobile loan for someone with the agreement they refinance and put loan in there name after a year
And remove my name from the loan when we signed for the loan the other personas credit was bad so i signed first and them second on the application. My name is not on the title as co owner or second secured party. THE person has tried to get a loan supposedly but was told the automobile is not worth what they owe on it . And supposidly cant get a loan. THEY have been making the payments but i want my name removed it was just to help them establish good credit, I have a signed document of them concurring to refinance and remove my name . What can i leagly do ? to get them to look harder into finding a credit union or bank that will give them a loan and get my name off of it.

I’m speaking about JUST the car. Not the gas, insurance, licensing, maintence, etc. I still live with my parents so I do not have to worry about paying rent or any other expenses. I’d probably have a 10% interest rate because I am younger my bank said. I would want a 4 year loan probably or the longest I can get a used automobile loan for. Is there a formula or an on the web calculator to help figure this out for myself? Thanks!

I desperately took on a high 24.99% interest rate on my auto loan because my credit is not good, nor is it established and at a time like this I had no other choice. I have to start somewhere. I bought the automobile this month and have high hopes of paying my loan on time for the life of the loan. When should I try to refinance to at least get a superior rate? Maybe a year from now?

My credit score is 675 but i have a bankruptcy so i’ve been approve for a automobile loan but the apr is going to be around 15% 
I really want to build my credit. It’s been four years since my bankruptcy and i have been on top of my credit since then but i’ve never had a big amount like an auto loan. Just a few thousand on credit cards. If i accept this loan to help my credit do you think i’d be able to refinance in a year? maybe sooner?
